Return Policy
All rentals must be returned by the end of your rental period. Rental windows are based on a 5-day work week—weekends don’t count.
Late returns are charged a weekly rental fee per item. Items held 30+ days are charged the full listed price + $75.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were pulled in. Cleaning fees apply to any items used. Repair fees apply if returned damaged, altered, or heavily soiled.
Altered items are charged 50% of the item’s price. If unrepairable, the full listed price will be charged.
All items are photographed before release. You’ll be notified if any additional charges apply upon return.

Do I need an account to rent?
Yes. You'll need to create an account before checking out.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your pickup or delivery. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged a 2-day pull minimum per item.
What if I return something late?

Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes—but let us know in advance. We’ll only release rentals to approved names.
What happens if something gets damaged or lost?
You're responsible for the condition of every item rented. Fees for damage, loss, or cleaning are outlined in our Terms.
How we work
1. Create an Account
You'll need an account to rent. This lets you track your orders, access your history, and makes future checkouts faster.
2. Browse and Add to Cart
All rentals are available for either a 2-day or 1-week period. You'll see availability and pricing on each product page. Extension fees are available.
3. Schedule Pickup or Delivery
At checkout, choose local pickup or request delivery within Los Angeles (24+ hours notice required for delivery). You’ll be asked to select a time.
4. Wait for Confirmation
Please do not arrive for your pickup until we confirm that your order is ready. You’ll get a message when everything is together.
5. Pickup Process
Arrive only at your scheduled time. Text (626) 890-3934 when you arrive—your order will be brought out to you.
6. Returning Items
Return items on time and in the condition they were pulled in. Any items returned without the usage tag attached will be charged a cleaning fee. If items are returned late, damaged, or dirty, additional fees will apply. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

The collection includes past and present pieces held for their construction, relevance, or restraint. Not everything is shown.
